archive update

Hi Folks,

Happy 2001!

The mailing list archive has had its annual update.  All messages that were
posted last year are now in the list.archive.2000 directory
(https://www.emacspeak.org/VCCS-archive/list.archive.2000/).

The search index at Vassar (http://www.cs.vassar.edu/search.html) has
been updated to reflect this change.  

If you use this search page, don't forget to select the correct search
index, namely "emacspeak."

It will of course take some time for off site indexs to catch up with
this change.
