synth hi .. says hi at rate 50
synth `vs88hi.. didn't say hi but now it does (don't know why)
synth `vs88a ... wait... wait... finally it speaks the a
synth `vs85a ^d^d (when tcl server exits, it speaks the a)
... somethings not flushing right.
