Red Hat 7 ships with kernel version 2.2.16-22.  

You can find out which kernel version you are running by typing 

uname -a

from the command prompt.

There is a security advisory for the 2.2.17-14 kernel at this link:

Additionally, the Red Hat 7.1 release candidate is available for download
on the Red Hat ftp site. It ships with the 2.4 kernel.
