which distribution of Linux is most favourite among emacspeak users?

hi, all.
There are a number of distributions of Linux like the Redhat, Mandrake etc. 
I'd like to know if different distributions give different results when 
using emacspeak. So to say, which linux is most popular among the emacspeak 
users.
