Emakspeak with mbrola

It's hardly worth bothering with.

download IBM's viavoice outloud and it will work much better.


I've given up on mbrola a while ago.  it really needs more work put
into it to get it going well.  As viavoice is much better there really
doesn't seem to be any reason to do it.
