The Emacspeak 15 sources have a target in info/Makefile to create
HTML documentation. However, it fails as follows:
$ make emacspeak.html
texi2html -monolithic emacspeak.texi
perl add-css.pl emacspeak.html
Can't open perl script "add-css.pl": No such file or directory
make: *** [emacspeak.html] Error 2
Indeed there is no file add-css.pl in the sources. I assume from the
name that it is supposed to add cascading style sheet references. The
.html file looks okay without it. Should I ignore this error message?
