Installing lisp programs.

If you actually have a look in the file you download, there're usually
instructions about what you need to put in your .emacs file, and what
you have to do with the lisp package. Usually it's just a case of
putting the file in your elisp site directory, for example, something
like /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp either in its own directory or just in
there, and adding a couple of lines to the .emacs file that the
package usually tells you about. 

This is just a quick rule of thumb, though, since I haven't actually
tried to install esheet.
