I wish to make it clear that the majority of my clients do not have any
experience of cash handling.They have no idea of relative value.
There can be no excuse for lumping their inability to pay with
'free-loaders'.
The effective number of emacspeak users could easily double, given that
a usable graphical browser/interface developed concurrently.
The State (and industry to some extent) funds social projects in the UK,
some of which benefit these people. Some involve software writing, and
indeed some of the software created could be sold to other users.
