emacspeak and allout

Hi all.

I'm in the middle of writing a mode for allout.el, which is an
alternative to outline.el. It completely replaces it and has things like
numbered topics and a few other features I wanted to play with.

Is anyone interested in this mode if I ever get it to work half
decently? What should I do with it when/if I finish it if it turns out
to be useful?
