festival lite

Hello!
i have looked at the homepage for festival lite a bit and now i have some
questions.
1. is there a built in speech synthesizer for festival lite or can i use
mbrola?
2. if i can use mbrola can i use a festvox lexicon?
i have a festvox lexicon for the swedish voice.
3. if i can't use festival lite with mbrola can you help me with another
sollution?
or is there a functional server for the real festival somewhere?
i also have a suggestion to emacspeak.
i would like a speech server for the infovox speech synthesizer.
is there any work on one?
