missing pieces?

Hello,

I am running emacspeak 15.0, from an i386 rpm package.  When looking
at the user's manual, I find reference to commands for dismal, such as
"emacspeak-dismal-display-cell-value".  When trying to use any command
beginning with "emacspeak-dismal", I get no match.  Where can I get
the extension?  Is there some library, besides "dismal-prepare", I
need to load?
