There was a bug in EFlite which was causing it to drop commands that were
preceeded by a space. Emacspeak sometimes sends such commands, so this
bug was accounting for some of the speech being dropped. It has been
fixed in cvs for over a month, but I have finally released v0.3.3 with the
fix.
Still, there probably aught to be lisp files, and I haven't taken the time
to learn how to create them and do what is needed...
