Typically, when I encounter complex web pageswith frames, tables, and so on
I use the emacspeak links mode, l i n ks, which supports more advanced
pages.
To be honest w3 isn't all that good of browser, and I find lynx, l y n x,
and links, l i n k s, work better on most pages.
