Hi Mario, bonjour Nath,
With a Mandrake 9.0, there was no problem to build the tcldtk.so library
expected by emacspeak.
And the US English TTS is working fine so far than I used it.
Nevertheless, I haven't succeeded yet to use the DECtalk software as a
French TTS.
