You have two errors here ...

One is the missing stdiosynth, which is for the audible
prompts stuff. I had to download a binary of that from
somewhere. Look in the emacspeak mailing list archives
and search on that keyword. The other error is because
of the issue I just mentioned in last message, it's
loading the wrong C libraries.
