Emacspeak 17, W3, and Debian Woody (still having troubles)

Hi,

I have installed Emacs-21.2, W3 and Emacs-URL from Debian packages.
My emacspeak doesn't recognize tables in any visited sites.  Also,
adding entries to the hotlist isn't implemented.  Finally, What
package includes the "xsltproc" program, used for the transformations?

I also put in, as a test, the Debian package for w3 and Emacs-20.7.
For this, I edited the Emacspeak shell script, so it calls Emacs-20.7.
This version of w3 doesn't even render pages.  That is, after
retrieving a page, there's an error after a function called "view" is
loaded.

Any suggestions?
