I'm working on a PHP version of a checkbook program and I want to be
sure the thing is accessible regardless of browser used. So far, I
can try it with Lynx the cat, Links the chain and Internet Exploder.
I don't have W3 or W3M on my own emacs. Where can I obtain these and
is it my understanding that W3M is the better of the two? I guess
W3... is a separate package not distributed with the normal emacs
tarball?
How do the W3 browsers do with frames and tables?
Thanks for the ideas and help.
