RH7.3 + emacspeak 20.0 + eflite doesn't work

Hallo. 
I didn't have problems with emacspeak 18.0.

Details:
0) I can't hear anything after starting emacspeak and after a
while emacspeak just hangs or just seems to be unresponsive. I'm
not using X window and also do not have any local .emacs file
*Messages* looks like the following:


1) 
I'm using:
GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll
bars) of 2002-04-09 on porky.devel.redhat.com

"make test" on source eflite directory produces a sound, so it
looks ok.
