I'm trying to get gnus to work with my local IMAP server but to no
avail. I keep getting errors that it cannot log on to server. I use
this same IMAP server with mutt all the time with no problems but I
can't seem to get emacs 21.3 with the included gnus to work. For one
thing, I can't get a vertual newsgroup to be created with it either.
I will include my .gnus what I have so far. It is probably not
complete and why I am asking for your help if possible.
- ----- Begin .gnus -----
(setq gnus-secondary-select-methods
'((nnimap "192.168.1.4"
(nnimap-list-pattern ("INBOX" "Mail/*"))
)))
- ----- End .gnus -----
Can you help me out? Thanks.
