I've been trying to do this for some weeks. I also tried about a year
ago. Obviously others have had success. Was the process automated or
did you get email from a person? Was there anything surprising in
the process? I tried it once alone and got a SQL error at the final
submission phase. Next got help from a sighted colleague. She at
least, got to the "you will be emailed details" screen but since
... nothing.
Very strange
Any help much appreciated
