Are the instructions for installing w3 at
http://www.cs.cornell.edu/Info/People/raman/emacspeak/user-guide/working-online.html
correct?
A couple of things that puzzle me:
1) the line that causes W3 to load automatically when you start an Emacs
session:
(autoload 'w3 "w3" "Interface for w3 on Emacs." t)
There is an unmatched apostrophe on that line. I don't know lisp.
2) Do I really edit my ~/.emacs file? That file did not exist but there is
a ~/.emacs.d directory.
