As far as forms in w3m are concerned, you may have a look at the
patches for emacspeak located at
ftp://ftp.rakurs.spb.ru/pub/Goga/projects/speech-interface/patches/emacspeak/
These patches contain a lot of fexes and improvements, including fixes
for forms in w3m, so some of you might find them useful.
