Have had this problem though not with remote emacspeak server.  Still,
what you need is destination NAT.  Ask whomever administers the
firewall that you're behind if they can make an entry to send inbound
port 2222 traffic to the box that you're running the server on.

See the following Linux NAT HOWTO for more details.  If the firewall
is not Linux but some other full featured system, I presume the same
functionality should exist.
