First can you give me more details about the packages you
have installed for festival in Italian :

That's what I found on the web for this purpose but
several projects may exist in parallel. If we try to configure
something it is surely implementation dependent.

I'll try to do some test with the package I have here and
if yours it the same it will be ok.
