If you're using cc-mode.el to edit C/C++ code under emacs-19.30 with emacspeak
you'll need to add the following line to your .emacs to make emacspeak's
"speak the semantics of this line" functionality work correctly.

(defalias 'c-guess-basic-semantics 'c-guess-basic-syntax)
