Hi Jim,

I'm all in support of the slakware bundling of emacspeak, and will send
Patrick a note thanking him as well.

The changes I've made to emacspeak since 4.0 are minimal, and I'll put
together a distribution tomorrow, including your makefile and the fix to
ensure that the speech rate at startup is not set to 425.

By the way, you did not respond to my question about tclx --is Patrick putting
it back in? If not, could you bundle it with the emacspeak distrib?
