I have uploaded to files to leb.net, which should make their way to
/pub/blinux:

emacspeak-5.0-slackware.tgz, a Slackware binary package for version
5.0 of Emacspeak, the speech software for emacs by T. V. Raman.

d-exp.tar.gz, a C language interface between Emacspeak and the DECtalk
Express.  It is a drop-in replacement for T. V. Raman's TCL interface.
If you want to write an interface to some other speech hardware, I
suggest you consider d-exp as a starting point.

Both are made available under the GNU copyleft.
