I must confess I did not express myself clearly. Readding the emacs info pages
was how I learnt all I know about emacs.

I was alluding to describe-function more because for someone who refuses to
read manuals at least it 's something there at your fingertips.
Again, the question I have is *not* about are info pages useful --they are

The question is a very very specific one --namely,
are the automatically generated notes from the emacspeak sources useful
given that they are incomplete from a user perspective.
