Debian and Red Hat packages for Emacspeak 6.0

I wrote: "I uploaded the Red Hat packages to ftp.redhat.com Friday
night.  I have never uploaded to there before, and don't know how soon
to expect them to show up at mirror sites."  

The first several Red Hat mirrors I checked did not include the
"contrib" packages.  However, I found the emacspeak packages at
ftp.engr.uark.edu, in /pub/linux/redhat/contrib/i386.
