Remote emacspeak

1) For this to work correctly, you need to set the environment
variable *before* you start up the remote emacs.

2) If you are already doing the above,
then do the following test:

Instead of starting the remote emacs, invoke tcl remotely with the
appropriate driver script --so assuming Dectalk Express, do something
like:

rsh tcl dtk-exp

(replacing tcl and dtk-exp with complete pathnames if necessary)

I'd be very surprized if the above starts up the remote tcl with the
driver loaded --essentially this is what emacs is doing when you start
emacspeak.

I use the remote version of emacspeak all the time, so I'd like to
understand why it is bombing in your world.
