Emacspeak won't work with xemacs because the way xemacs handles font-lock is
not compatible. Last time I tried to build emacspeak for xemacs, it wouldn't
even compile. 

So, unless your package will run with GNU Emacs, you may be out of luck. with
respect to emacspeak at this time.
