Hi all, some RSS feeds stopped working recently for me when using emacspeak-rss-browse. The problem seems to be xsltproc failing to fetch the files properly because they download fine with e.g. wget. Examples are: http://rss.slashdot.org/Slashdot/slashdot http://feeds.feedburner.com/UbuntuTutorials/ http://digg.com/rss/containertechnology.xml the first two produce an error in the *xslt errors* buffer saying that the file is empty. The third one blocks for a long time and finally fails too. Anyway, the problem can be solved by using wget for downloading as already supported in emacspeak-xslt-url. Here is a patch that adds the same option to emacspeak-xslt-xml-url. Just set emacspeak-xslt-use-wget-to-download to t and the feeds should work again. Best regards, Lukas
