Raman, thanks for going to that effort. Just to avoid confusion, emacspeak compiles fine for me - its during execution of emacs 22 with emacspeak running that I get the problem. I will attempt with the latest CVS version as well and see how it goes. Can you let me know what version of GTK+ you built against? Tim T. V.
