I was looking at some elisp and it was calling the parens brackets if it was reading the line but it called them parenthesis if moving character-by-character. I do, however, like the echo applied when it reads the character. As far as the "stutter" when it reads a word after it is typed, is this something in the server (tcl part) or is it something in espeak itself? rdc -- Robert D.
