web interface to the list archive

Hi Folks,

I just noticed and fixed the fact the the web index of the emacspeak
list not yet pointing to the 2009 archive.  So, all emacspeak messages
are again available from 

https://www.emacspeak.org/VCCS-archive/

and all list mail is searchable from

http://www.cs.vassar.edu/cgi-bin/emacspeak-search

The search index is now rebuilt weekly.

Sorry I did not catch this earlier.
