Thanks.  Since I have emacs and emacspeak already installed, is it
possible to perform these steps to get things working?

dpkg --force-architecture -i ./packages/ia32-tcl8.4_8.4.19-4voxin0_i386.deb
dpkg --force-architecture -i ./packages/ia32-tclx32-8.4_8.4.0-3voxin0_i386.deb
dpkg --force-architecture -i ./packages/ia32-tk8.4_8.4.19-4voxin0_i386.deb
apt-get install lib32asound2-dev

apt-get install tcl8.4 tclx8.4 tk8.4 tcl8.4-dev libasound2-dev

and then be able to compile the outloud server myself?
