Emacspeak on MS Windows?

I think this has been talked about a long time ago but I couldn't find
much worth while information so I'll ask again here.  Is there any way
to interface emacspeak with a SAPI synth? How hard would it be to
write a speech server for SAPI?

I ask all this because I find myself using strait emacs on a Windows
XP box at work and really love the editor there but miss the emacspeak
features.

Any ideas?
