You can run Ubuntu on an Android device alongside Android --
when you do that you can ssh from Android to the ubuntu localhost

and run emacspeak on the ubuntu side -- you can connect back to a
speech server running on the Android side -- the code for this
is checked in under emacspeak/java in svn.
