bug: search failed on first hit in isearch

Steps to reproduce:
1. run emacspeak without init file
2. open emacs info (C-h C-h r)
3. start isearch (C-s)
4. type "is"
5. "Search failed" is spoken

Expected behaviour: read the line in which "is" was found.

The next hits behave normally, that is their lines are spoken, not 
"Search failed" message.

Do you reproduce it?

This happens on Debian, with Emacs 23.4.1, fresh svn emacspeak.

BTW: is there any bugtracker for such reports?
