Yes, I am able to reproduce this, good catch!

clear description that makes it easy to reproduce.
Note that there is another mystery bug in using Emacspeak with
info under X Windows -- sometimes emacspeak fails to speak the
contents of the info buffer -- it behaves as if the line is
hidden -- and it magically works if you open an emacsclient
window on the console and switch to that *same* info buffer in
the terminal frame.
