org-agenda-next-line

Hi,

Have been working with org agenda, something I haven't touched in ages and seeing some strange behaviour.

It appears that org-agenda-next-line and org-agenda-previous-line used
to have advice added in emacspeak-org.el but it is now commented out.

It was commented out in commit 43a4abe9f2fdc0b0132815746c1b6662ec23950d
shown below.
Reinstating it appears to have no side-effects that I can find.
Am I missing something?
