Writing a new speech server

Hello,

I’m currently working on an Emacspeak speech server for NVDA. It implements most of the spec, but I have a few questions:

• The spec refers to “speech codes”, guessing this is for things like pitch etc. Where are these defined?
• Can Emacspeak send speech commands to the server over a TCP socket?
