list changes
Hi all,
I have just moved emacspeak over to a list server. What does this
mean to you? Well, hopefully only good things. For example, you
should not be getting any messages about bad addresses, those should be
intercepted by the list server. (If you do get any please let me
know.) Also, if addresses do bounce a few times, they will be
automatically removed.
There is an archive option that I am hoping to tie in to my current web
index because it allows for regular expression searches on the
archive. When I have this ready I'll post a message about it and how
to use it.
The address is unchanged, but if you want to unsubscribe (or subscribe
if you get kicked off for bounced mail) send messages to
emacspeak-request@xxxxxxxxxxx However, the listserver is smart
enough to know what to do with "subscribe" and "unsubscribe" messages
sent directly to emacspeak@xxxxxxxxxxx so this should save us all
some hassle.
If you have any problems, by all means feel free to write me directly at
priestdo@xxxxxxxxxxx if you need to.
Greg
