I have not encountered this error, but you could check the makefile to
ensure that the files are being installed into the correct directories:
INFO documentation in /usr/info, Emacspeak byte-compiled files into
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak etc.
Alternatively, you could install Emacspeak from Jim Van Zandt's RPM
package, which is available from his home page at
http://www.mv.com/ipusers/vanzandt/
