this is due to a known bug in the emacs rpm for redhat 5.1
--one of the core lisp files that emacspeak depends on is
corrupted (advice.el)
Get a clean emacs distribution from the redhat site or
rebuild emacs.
Alternatively pick up a clean copy of advice.el from the
emacs distribution.
