Greg is correct --what you send with the dtk-zap command
will be overridden if the rate is set to something else and
the server is indeed working correctly.
But in the case of the person who complained I presume he
was drying to zap his device because his server was not
setting the rate correctly.
In either case, this is a bug in the accent server and the
person who wrote it-- or the one who is now using it--
should fix it
