I like cdtool, which you can find with rpmfind (if you're using Red
Hat or some other distribution that supports RPM packaging). It's not
specifically for Emacs, but it's totally command-line driven, and the
commands are very simple. Here are some examples:
cdstart start playing the CD, or restart the current track
cdstart 3 skip to track 3
cdstart + next track
cdstart - previous track
cdpause pause the CD; continue with cdstart
cdstop stop the CD
