Re: Emacspeak 13.0



Note that our messages are crossing --see my earlier note
regarding emacs 20.7 and emacs 21.

Here is probably what is happening:

Look in file emacspeak-speak.el 
-- line 2053 
-- it defines function emacspeak-speak-current-field 
and there are two variations depending on availability of
function field-beginning.
Try evaluating the alternative by positioning point on the
closing paran of the defun and hitting C-x C-e
