Dear Bart,
when I type m-x w3-fetch enter it shows [No Match]
when I type
m-x locate-library ret w3 ret it shows
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/w3-0pre.47/lisp/w3.elc
I'm sending a copy of edited version my .emac file along
(to make it brief I have added .. to end of lines)
;;Are we running Xemacs or emacs?
(defvar running-xemacs (string-match "XEmacs\\|Lucid" emacs-version))
;;Set up keyboard...
(global-set-key.......
;;Turn on font lock...
(cond ((not running-xemacs)...
;;Always end a file with new line....
(setq require-final-newline t)
;;Stop at the end of file...
(setq next-line-addnewlines nil)
;;Enable wheel mouse....
(require 'mwheel)
autoload 'w3 "w3"Interface for w3 on Emacs." t)

Emac version:
GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu,X toolkit) of Fri March 16 2001 on
porky
See if somebody can help me
I know I'm asking basics , but with emacspeak working
and w3 not working it is so frustrating.
It is some silly mistakes of us that is
keeping us away from WWW, which we were longing so badly.
Thanks,
Shaji Mathew
