Have you tried emacspeak-speak-browse-buffer which is bound to C-e ,
or emacspeak-speak-page bound to C-e [ or
emacspeak-speak-page-interactively or emacspeak-speak-buffer bound to
C-e b and emacspeak-speak-buffer-interactively bound to C-e B?
